Lo pasamos genial. Una experiencia aconsejable. El personal muy atento y educado. La comida exquisita. El vino a su temperatura ideal. La torrija de postre un espectáculo!!!!!

Los Fueros es un gran lugar para una velada en pareja en el centro de Bilbao. Muy buena comida, pero lo mejor, con diferencia, es el servicio. Inigualable. Gracias chicos, buen trabajo

We reserved Los Fueros at 20.30h online for a special dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived at 20.20h the waiter first could not find our online reservation and then told us irritably that we were late! He put us at an unpleasant table beside a pillar where people kept pushing past. We had booked a special menu with our reservation but he clearly didn't know this either as he then gave us a menu to look at. If the food or ambiance had been better we might have overlooked all this, but the food also was extremely disappointing, greasy or overcooked, the fish and pork being particularly bad in this respect. The exceptions were the prawns and the cod fritters which were good and we also liked the friendly and cheerful waitress. Apart from this the whole experience was for us quite depressing and this is one Bib Gourmand restaurant we will certainly not be visiting again the next time we go to Bilbao.
