Discovering Basque cuisine
Generally good food, nicely presented, and yet we left a bit disappointed. The place didn't meet its promise.
Disappointing
Customers with reservations waited for 10 minutes for restaurant to open.
Water or drinking glass had a strange odor.
Meatballs were too undercooked for my taste but bread and sauce were good.
Employee sweeping or mopping in balcony above my table may have put dirt on my food, table and me.

Our reservation was not known in the restaurant itself, I had to show the confirmation on my smartphone. We enjoyed the open kitchen and pleasant atmosphere. The food was good, although I expected some more gastronomic touches. All waiters were friendly with good sense of humour;

Mi plato de talos de sukalki estaba muy rico!! Es de mis amigas, me comentaron que los txipis algo blandos y la costilla estaba exquisita, solamente algo demasiado churruscadillo en algunas zonas.
